CHANGES

1. During times of high sickness, we may ask you to fill out a wellness form prior to treatment

2. If you have a fever, upset stomach, or are feeling ill, please call to reschedule your appointment.  We are doing everything we can to help keep our patients and staff healthy.  

3. Unless necessary please do not bring anyone to your appointment
